I am here to serve with joy

I FEEL LIKE MY BLOG has been getting cold over the past week or so. I like to update as much as possible, but because of this nasty weather I have had to postpone my last few sessions! I'm tired of all the ice already and one whole day hasn't even passed!! So, I figured I would share this with you...

A few Saturdays back my mom and I were lazing around in the game room. I was sitting on the chair reading and she was looking at some of her favorite decorating blogs. She ran across a link on one blog for the site of a girl named Rachel. Rachel had been diagnosed with cancer and passed away only a few months ago. But just a few weeks before her death she gave a speech at a woman's meeting that was just sooo good. The name of it was "I Am Here to Serve with Joy." I really really encourage you to listen to this.

So, since the ice already has you stuck indoors this weekend, grab a few tissues, crank up the volume on your speakers and listen to this while you do the laundry. Great speech. And I promise you will not finish it with a dry eye.
