Rylie and Sophie

Oh, how I love this session! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect picture day this past Saturday. And after rescheduling with this family four times due to weather, I was relieved! It goes without saying that both of these girls are ADORABLE and they made the perfect little models. Sophie was all smiles and happy noises and Rylie was such a little ham. She knew how to work the camera-it didn't take any bribing with this one! =)


This is one of my favorites. LOVE!!

I know, I know. I use Ella and Jake for EVERY i heart faces photo challenge. But what can I say? They are just so perfect for it every week! In this picture Jake would NOT look at me. There were some ducks in the river behind me and they were of course, so much more interesting to him than taking another picture. LOL So Ella decided to help him out. We all need a little direction sometimes. =)

Janna and Josh

I guess I don't need to tell anyone around here that it was COLD yesterday. But for anyone not our neck of the woods, it was thirty one degrees!! Josh was only in town for a few days and I was off work yesterday so we decided to give it a shot anyways. I guess our first clue should have been the ice on the ground... Needless to say, we only lasted about fifteen minutes. LOL! I'll post part two after we take them... in a few months! Josh and Janna, you guys are great!

I just saw that I made into the pioneer woman's photo group for today! In her flickr group she will post assignments, then on certain dates she will go through all the photos submitted, choose her favorites and post them on her site. The current assignment is "shallow depth-of-field" and today she chose her second group...and I'm in it!! I feel famous! Just kidding...kinda. LoL
